NTU EMBA Student Association, jointly with Volunteer Club of United Bank of Switzerland, welcomed children from the home of God on August 19. Almost one hundred children from Bethel Children’s Home in Wugu visited the National Taiwan University and received warmly by NTU EMBA CEO Xie who played the role of Boss Crab. These children are the youngest visitors to the Sungreat International Convention Hall ever; the youngest is less than 2 years old and the oldest at high school age. CEO Xie interacted with the children with high-fives and amused the audience, filling this solemn meeting facility with laughter. CEO Xie wished that their visit may encourage them to build and pursue a dream of becoming a NEUer.

After the visit to the College of Management, these lovely kids followed NTU Visitor Center’s volunteer workers on a tour to the scenic spots in NTU campus. They listened to story of the former university president Fu in front of the Fu Bell; they tasted chilling and tasty NTU ice cream. Malayumu, manager of Bethel Children’s Home, on behalf of the resident children, accepted gifts of stationary supplies. According to Malayumu, this visit is her first time visiting NTU, where two children from her Children’s Home are currently studying. She hopes that the children may learn from the elites and set down the correct goal for themselves. Mr. Chen, Yun-Mao, CEO of UBS, appreciated the children of Bethel; USB has earned happiness by serving these children. Finally, with musical accompaniment provided by the teachers, the Bethel children sang songs with their heavenly voices for the visitors as thank-you, and the audience greatly moved sentimentally.
