2. Graduate Quantitative Trader 
As our Graduate Quantitative Trader, you'll start the first 4 weeks of your training program in our global HQ in Amsterdam, alongside other Trading graduates from around the world. Then, you'll go to Sydney, our APAC HQ, to continue your training on the fundamentals of trading: the theory, the markets, the strategies and the technology. Once you've got the basics covered, you'll put your knowledge into practice and start trading in our simulated trading environment – a live copy of the financial market.
Once you've completed your training, you'll join our team of experienced traders in Sydney and begin trading in the real market.
