Job Title: Part-Time Sales Assistant Intern

Job Description: The Part-Time Sales Assistant Intern provides vital support to Account Managers (AMs) by administering internal processes, managing specialized sales systems, and ensuring documentation accuracy. This role is designed for individuals who can bridge the gap between technical sales operations and international communication, facilitating efficient daily operations within a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities: • Internal order process: Process and manage contract signing and reporting for services following case approval. • Promotion Code Administration: Process and manage applications and extensions for various corporate promotion codes. • Price Configuration: Assist with internal pricing approval processes and system configurations for domestic data circuits after rental commencement. • Contract Management: Support the AM team with rigorous contract renewal procedures and the preparation of related legal documentation. • Financial Support: Process various billing and payment requests to ensure financial accuracy and timeline compliance. • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals. Qualifications: • Academic Standing: Currently enrolled in a Graduate or Master’s degree program. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a meticulous approach to detail and time management. • Communication: Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, and reading abilities. High or Intermediate Chinese is a plus. Working Hours: Working hours are subject to applicable labor laws and student visa regulations. • During School Term: Maximum Weekly Hours Up to 20 hours per week • During Summer/Winter Vacation: Maximum Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week • Flexible scheduling: Work hours can be arranged and flexible.
