ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Management Trainee Program is a fast-paced and exciting journey into an industry with strong heritage – the world of architectural lighting. As a trainee, you will experience the breadth and depth of an international business that enables us to illuminate some of the world’s top architectural projects. As you rotate through departments, you will tackle real-world challenges in a supportive environment, directly answering to experienced senior management. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates can pursue a specialist role in their preferred fields and for those with exceptionally high potentials and results, there will be opportunities to gain regional exposure to North America.

• Scope

Management Associates will be required to undergo on the job training to learn and perform functional duties in business areas such as Customer Service, Product Management, Business Development, Marketing and Regional Sales.

• Prerequisites

Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in Engineering, Business or Marketing related fields.

Possess a strong desire for professional development and a willingness to learn.

Keen business sense with multi-faceted skill sets.

Strong work ethic, integrity, commitment, teamwork and the hunger to pursue excellence.
