Handle technical inquiries from customer and company’s overseas technical personnel. 2. Achieve optimal project solution by providing technical assistance and system level designs. 3. Customize products according to project specialization and customer demand. 4. Test engineering samples and give feedback for engineering department. 5. Onsite support of proof of concept demonstration and engage in actual site surveys. 6. Assist integration of product into 3rd party systems. 7. Provide consultation for pre-purchase questions and design problems. 8. Technical seminars targeted at distributor’s engineers and integrators. 9. Hands on test and develop sales kit for latest products and technology. 10. Educate customers to better understand surveillance industry and fully utilize products’ value. On-board trainings included: 1. Technology and product line 2. Presentation/ presentation preparation skills |
