Position Title: Contract Marketing Coordinator/Specialist

Position JD:

This contractor role will direct report to Marketing Director and provide necessary supports to marketing team for marketing related tasks. The duties are as below: 

  1. Support the Marketing team in various needs such as coordinating tasks for events/conferences/webinars, drafting client presentations, create proposal and reports, compiling various documents for qualifications statements, all while ensuring brand consistency.
  2. Database entry/updates within multiple database systems.
  3. Conduct research on marketing.
  4. Organize documents on SharePoint and team server to ensure they are properly tagged and accessible to users.
  5. Support the development of new and updated marketing materials compliant with company visual identity, style and quality guidelines.
  6. Communicate updates on projects, progress reports and maintain up to date action items with proper follow up to ensure completion of projects.
  7. Work with vendors to supply marketing materials and other items as needed.
  8. Assists with all proof-reading and grammar checks of all marketing materials.
  9. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

 

Other Requirements to this position:

  1. Accept part time support.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Marketing, Business, Finance related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  3. Preferred with finance related background/knowledge/experiences.
  4. Proficient in English and Chinese.
  5. High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
  6. Knowledge of CRM & Database systems (With Salesforce experience is a plus).
  7. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must.
  8. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  9. Accept flexible working hours.
