Encouraging academic learning across boundaries has been one of the key initiatives since the College of Management International Affairs Office was established. We focused on building strong partnerships with renowned business schools around the world, ensuring that through student exchange programs we could facilitate such cross-cultural learning.

As the number of international exchange students grew over the years, the school designed the Buddy Program to allow local students to play an active role in welcoming students from across the world. The volunteers would assist the incoming students in administrative matters pertaining to accommodation, course selection and everyday school life. This year saw a record number of volunteers enroll to be part of the Buddy Program, passionately helping our international students feel at home in NTU and experience the unique culture of Taiwan. Volunteers are also here given the opportunity to expand their horizon, taking the first step to learn about the core values and different perspectives of internationalization, and most importantly to continue fostering the spirit of multicultural learning.
