This is the third time that  our university has invited professor. Cyrus Chu from the Academicians of Academia Sinica, to give a speech entitled “Sea Seminar” on the topic of  “How to solve the Taiwan economic problem”. The speech gives a practical approach to discussing the  difficulties that Taiwan is facing in its development. Audiences got the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the national industry dynamic as well as the outlook on current affairs in Taiwan.
