對我而言，能透過2個月瞭解市調產業就很值得了，或許是加入這份實習的動機單純，所以更覺得自己獲得的遠比想像來得多。益普索是個大家庭，辦公室氣氛和諧，接觸到的正職也都很親切，舉例來說，員工願意撥出時間指導實習生，能感受到公司對實習生的幫助，在正式職場裡，沒有人有義務花額外時間教導你怎麼做或是該如何改進，個人的主動積極性是最重要的。在益普索，你能擁有一群友善親切的導師，只要自己足夠主動積極，一定能獲得超越想像的收穫。

Personally, it is worthwhile to realize how market research industry works in two months even though there is no pay. Maybe because of my simple motivation, I felt I learned more through this internship. Ipsos is a big family, the work atmosphere is harmonious, and the officers are friendly. For example, employees are all willing to take time to teach interns, so we can really felt the support and help from Ipsos. In reality, nobody has the responsibility to spend extra time helping us, we should be motivated ourselves. In Ipsos, you can own a group of friendly teachers, and you can benefit more than you imagine if you are enthusiastic enough.
