Internship is the best way to fully understand a company. As an intern of Ipsos Research Department, I needed to take a class once a week with different topics about market research, including how to cooperate with the operation department. According to the topic we learned in that week, we needed to use the new knowledge which we just learned to finish the assignment with mentors like research designing, making proposals, executing surveys and presenting the research result. Every researcher is willing to help interns and share their experience in this job although they are really busy. I not only experienced the life style as a market researcher, but understood the core capacities and characteristics of researchers.
