NTU SEED (Service for Executive Education Development) and HP collaborated to devise the year-long Growing Innovative Leaders Program for HP. The program is a leadership development & education program focusing on the future leaders of HP, drawing inspiration from three major themes, including “self-leadership”, “team and sales leadership” and “reform leadership”. The opening ceremony was conducted on August 19 on the tenth floor of the College of Management by Dean Guo; Associate Dean Hsieh, Prof. Chun-chung Chen from International Business; as well as HP senior executives Jeff Tang (Head of Engineering) and Christopher McCormick (Talent Management Leader).
