Commenced in July, the 2014 GEP started with Guanghua School of Management, Peking University’s “Understanding China and Yourself ” program, followed by the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford’s “Leading into the Future: Global Market Innovation and Leadership” program in September. After Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania’s “Innovative market – Global leadership” program in November, the “Achieving transformational growth and business succession” was hosted by NTU’s College of Management. Executives from across the Strait spent 7 months and traveled across 3 continents to participate in 4 modules, thereby successfully completing their global learning journey. As a result, they not only formed a profound global executive network but were also inspired by the course’s reflective learning approach to launch varying degrees of reform in an effort to attain sustainable corporate development.
