Summer Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analyze industry and market data and client's financial and operating information 
• Build Excel models to project financial results and value companies
• Preparation of external client proposals and internal memos
• Participate in the execution of M&A and Capital Market transactions

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Third-year Finance-related undergraduates or above – one or two years of internship / working experience is a plus
• Strong academic profile - GPA above 3.7
• Strong work ethics and good working attitude
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
