BCCT Internship Job Description:

Marketing and Media support:

• Manage BCCT Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Website management
• News evaluation and English Press release writing
• Database update
• Support on producing marketing material such as PowerPoint, flyers, newsletters

Events Support:

• Onsite support at events such as taking registration, selling raffle tickets, ad hoc duties
• Research event speaker biography
• Committee support for industry committees

Industries support

• Market research on UK / Taiwan industries and companies
• Contacting member companies with relevant information to their business
• Ad hoc duties as required

Minimum qualifications:

• Undergraduate students in junior or senior year, postgraduate students or fresh graduate majoring in communications/marketing, business, economics, international relations, English or a related major. Or the first-year graduate from the university.
• Strong IT computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Internet and MS Project; skills on Photoshop are a plus
• Excellent spoken and written in English
• Chinese language competency would be considered a plus
• Photography skill is a plus

This internship term is at least for 2-3 months expected to start in July 2021, daily from 10:00 am to 4pm
