The Role – Recruiting and Operations Assistant

  • Support the recruiting team with employer branding and talent engagement activities in Taiwan
  • Responsible for recruiting tasks such as test organization, interview arrangement, feedback collection, etc.
  • Follow up with domestic and foreign candidates via phone call or email to ensure timely delivery of their pre-employment background check and on-boarding procedure
  • Collaborate closely and provide support on employee benefit/welfare including but not limited to office events, training events, and festival celebration
  • Support the recruitment of BRAIN consultants and user management
  • Other tasks assigned by director and senior managers
