Job Purpose
Support strategic planning/ initiative and digital projects of Consumer Banking Operation Management Team.
Job Duties & responsibilities
1) Work with operation teams of each product to improve customer experience and employee experience of Consumer Banking products via process review and digitalization.
2) Support strategic planning/ initiatives of Customer Centre and Consumer Banking Operation teams.
3) Work with TW/SG stakeholders and Tech team to for DBS TW chatbot projects and other digital projects.
4) Data analysis of call volume and transaction volume
5) Various and ad hoc requests per business needs
