The team you'll join Interns will be assigned to one of the following departments: Strategic Planning / Institutional / Investment Management / Marketing / Product Development / Wholesale / Regional Institutional Client Services. Our Taiwan office with main focus on investment management and sales and marketing excellence is essential to the continuing growth of our business. These are the teams that develop new investment strategies, and products with clients as well as manage relationships and deliver the right solution to the right clients. It's a varied and fascinating part of Fidelity International to explore as an intern. What you'll be doing On our 1-year Programme, our interns will work on assigned projects and be exposed to Fidelity's operational processes across allInvestment Management activities, learn how to think from a customer viewpoint and deliver best in class experience. The interns will present the findings and provide recommendations to our global team. The difference you'll make You'll contribute to positive, meaningful work that make a difference to our clients. You'll help them invest and plan for the futures they want. You'll provide invaluable support to your team, too. How you'll be supported You'll start with a welcome and an orientation, where you'll meet your fellow interns and find out all about us and our work. Once the programme begins, you'll learn every day – from the experts around you and through tackling real projects. Our focus will be on supporting you to gain experience and discover what kind of future you could build in our industry. What we're looking for It's who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for interns who are analytical, eager to learn and ready to take on a challenge. A genuine curiosity about investment is vital, as is a lively interest in our work and our industry. And, as we're an international organisation, we'll need you to speak English.
