儲備幹部Sales and Marketing

Shummi is searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our excellent sales & marketing team. The Associate will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

To be successful in the position, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Sales and Marketing Associate are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Sales & Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

50. ●Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
50. ●Developing tools and methods for conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
50. ●Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
50. ●Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.
50. ●Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
50. ●Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
50. ●Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
50. ●Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
50. ●Updating documents and sales records.
50. ●Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
50. ●Observing and carrying out sales processes.
50. ●Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
50. ●Assisting managers with negotiations.
50. ●Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

50. Sales & Marketing Associate Requirements:

50. ●College diploma or MBA plus.
50. ●Degree in sales, marketing, business or similar may be required.
50. ●Strong self-motivation.
50. ●Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
50. ●Proficiency in English is required.
50. ●Ability to cope with rejection.
50. ●Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
50. ●Superb interpersonal skills.
50. ●A professional appearance.
