【花旗銀行】2024暑期實習計畫徵才起跑！歡迎立即報名參加徵才說明會！
一年一度受到校園優秀學子歡迎的「花旗銀行暑期實習計畫」9月已正式徵才起跑，歡迎對銀行職涯發展有興趣，預計將於2024 - 2025年畢業，同時可加入2025年7月開始的全職儲備主管計畫的大學及研究所同學，申請暑期實習計畫成為未來花旗儲備主管的可能人選！
身為全球金融機構，花旗致力於人才培育，持續強化提供全球專業發展計劃和資源。今年將舉辦二場線上說明會，讓有志進入金融業的學生能直接與多位花旗高階主管及學長姐提問互動，進一步了解花旗各部門業務運作與領先業界的人才培訓制度。

徵才說明會名額有限，報名成功者將於活動前收到確認通知
在花旗，暑期實習生已成為花旗儲備主管最主要的人才來源，暑期實習生將能在最全球化的銀行之一實際了解金融業實務運作並有機會擴展技能。花旗提供廣泛專業的培訓和與高階主管的接觸機會，全面支持暑期實習生的成長和發展。表現優異的暑期實習生在實習計畫結束後將有機會直接錄取成為儲備主管，在畢業前一年提前獲得進入全球頂尖金融機構的門票。
暑期10週密集的專案執行訓練 (2024年6月中至8月)
與全球或亞太區高階主管及其他國家的實習生交流互動、累積專業經驗
透過實習計畫進而了解跨國銀行運作，及早立定職涯目標
實習結束前，有機會獲得直接轉為隔年儲備主管的機會
