Digital Marketing Temp for Mobile App (趨勢科技)
Overview
TrendMicro Global Consumer Product team is looking for an intern to help execute on various digital marketing vehicles and content pieces. The team is responsible for home security solution, as well as IOT, VR and mobile security solution. The intern will be responsible for drafting titles and descriptions for home product related content, creating social media posts, and maintaining customer feedback. 協助文案之撰寫與優化或開發有話題性的爆紅影片、圖片 行銷案的發想與撰寫翻譯，專案執行及成效追蹤 規劃產品相關貼文內容及創意發想，並定期更新、維護及管理 Preferred Qualifications
1. Social media platforms are your lifelines
2. Passionate about sharing compelling content and engaging with others on social
3. Understands how social media influencers speak on behalf of brands
4. Exceptional writing and editing skills (English and Chinese)
5. Familiarity with social media applications and best practices
6. Familiarity with Amazon.com highly preferred
7. The candidate must be pursuing a BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, New Media or any other related field of study.
8. Graphic experience highly preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite)

Reporting to CEO, you will work in high degree of autonomy to fully unitize your HR professions and serve as an administrative expert, employee champion, and change agent.
What you will do: 1. Take charge of HR full functions: recruitment, staffing, C&B, training & development and employee relations 2. Make sure HR practices and policies complying to labor regulation 3. Serve as a consulting partner to the stakeholders for human resources issues 4. Handle general administration affairs What you need: 1. Bachelor or master degree in business management, information management, computer science, or human resources management 2. 1 years of experiences in HR 3. Familiar with Taiwan labor legislation 4. Good command in English 5. HR experiences in software industry is a plus 6. Proactive and roll-up-your sleeves attitude 7.
