Educational background

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Business / Statistics / Computer Science or related fields

Primary Job Responsibilities

The APAC Risk Intern will be responsible for supporting policy managers in analytics, reporting, research and documentation-related tasks with the focus on keeping eBay as a trusted Marketplace while minimizing losses.

Job Requirements          

• Perform data investigation with the guidance of policy managers
• Generate tracking reports on eBay seller performance metrics
• Document policies and processes for cross-functional team reference
• Assist on building training materials for customer service agents
• Support experiments to generate ideas for improving eBay site flow
• Other ad-hoc tasks involving SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Basic Qualifications

• MUST have strong capabilities in data manipulation including SQL, Excel Pivot tables
• Proactive, responsive, willing to learn and attentive to details
• Statistical modelling knowledge using SAS is a plus

Language Qualifications

Fluently speak, read and write both English & Mandarin

Working Time

Full day (9AM~6PM); 3~5 days/week
