1. Qualifications
Eligible applicants’ total points of college performance have to be ranked the first thirty of their department. Applicants should be able to demonstrate satisfactory records of academic and extracurricular performance themselves. They are required to provide an application form, a position certificate or service period of service certificate, a diploma of college (when registering in September), a transcript, a statement of purpose, three study plans, a personal information sheet, and supporting honorary records or documents(for example, some writings or certifications) if available.
2. Admission criteria
The admission decision is made on the basis of the following factors. The interview and the dossier review respectively constitute fifty percent of the final grade.

Applicants should provide an official transcript of Entrance Exams conducted by the Department of Finance.

Applicants are to be evaluated through their grades in some subjects such as Economic Analysis, Calculus, Statistics, Financial Management, and English with different weighting according to different majors.
