We have made some of Taiwan’s most high-profile transactions in tech areas since the firm was founded in 2016.

【Job Description】

You will be expected to support and perform analytical work in project teams and, overtime, have the opportunity to develop yourself into an independent private equity investment professional. You are also required to work on overseas transactions. A return offer for a full-time position may be available after the completion of internship.

Specific duties include:

1. Collect and analyze detailed corporate and financial information, and conduct analyses on industries and companies in the tech sector
2. Participate in due diligence of potential investments
3. Support the development of investment theses and financial modeling
4. Prepare investment and meeting materials for deal executions
5. Co-work with senior team members in post-investment management efforts

【Qualifications】

1. Student in the third or fourth year of undergraduate studies or pursuing a graduate degree with relevant experience
2. Finance, accounting, or business-related majors are preferred
3. Excellent academic performance is preferred
4. Self-driven motivation, interest in investing, passion to learn, curiosity and entrepreneurship
5. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
6. High proficiency in valuation and financial modeling techniques
7. Good team player with strong communication skills
8. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
