Faculty Positions in Finance

Department of Finance, National Taiwan University is seeking full-time assistant professor and visiting faculty at all ranks, effective August 1, 2013, or as soon thereafter as possible. Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in finance, or a related discipline at the time of appointment. Faculty members are expected to show strong research performance, to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to contribute their service to the university. Teaching can be conducted in either English or Chinese. All areas of specialization will be considered.

National Taiwan University is the most prestigious university in Taiwan. The finance department is building a strong research group in Asia. The department has a comprehensive data bank and provides excellent support for faculty research. It currently has 24 full-time faculty, offers undergraduate, master, and PhD programs. The main campus is located in the center of Taipei city. Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in Taiwan.
