碩士班畢業學分共42學分（不含論文6學分），各組學分要求如下：
Master students must complete a minimum of 42 credits (excluded 6 credits of master’s thesis), and a master’s thesis. Credit requirements for each division are shown as below:
財務金融組：共同必修6學分，組訂必選15學分，選修21學分，畢業學分42學分。
財務工程組：共同必修6學分，組訂必選15學分，選修21學分，畢業學分42學分。
風險管理與保險組：共同必修6學分，組訂必選15學分，選修21學分，畢業學分42學分。
Division of Finance: Core courses 6 credits; Division required 15 credits; Selective courses 21 credits; Total 42 credits required to graduate.
Division of Financial Engineering: Core courses 6 credits; Division required 15 credits; Selective courses 21 credits; Total 42 credits required to graduate.
Division of Risk Management and Insurance: Core courses 6 credits; Division required 15 credits; Selective courses 21 credits; Total 42 credits required to graduate.
修課規定：財金所畢業學分中，除必修與必選外，除管理學院外，非管理學院課程選修學分僅承認經濟所、數學所、資工所、統計碩士學位學程等之財金管理相關專業課程之最高6學分。另本所開設之『財金獨立研究與論文寫作』與語言相關課程不列入畢業學分統計，請同學務必注意。
管理學院他所所開設之語言或論文相關課程均不列入畢業學分。
Selective courses requirements: Only courses offered by college of management can be used towards fulfilling students' graduation requirements. Professional financial courses for graduate students offered by department of economics, department of mathematics, department of computer science and information engineering, master program in statistics can be recognized for a maximum of 6 credits. Students must be aware that relevant language courses and “Independent Study and Thesis Writing in Finance” offered by neither department of finance nor other departments will not be recognized in the graduation requirements.
