McKinsey & Company, Taipei Office will provide a selected group of talented undergraduate and graduate students who are graduating in 2023 or 2024 with an opportunity to learn more about McKinsey, build a remarkable network and interact with the people that make us special.
No matter if management consulting is one of your preferred career options at the moment, we understand that you may have a lot of questions about the industry. What’s management consulting? How is it different from other industries? What’s it like to work as a management consultant? Is it the career path that best fits you? Why McKinsey? We hear your questions and want to help you in exploring your career options together.

The McKinsey Taipei Scholar Program is designed to help participants explore career options through the following activities held on numerous weekends between June to July:

How do I apply?
This program welcomes undergraduate or graduate students from any kind of discipline graduating in 2023 or 2024, while language fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. (For Taiwanese students studying overseas, please consider the time zone differences of the program as we will not be able to match all time zones.) Please submit your application online by May 15th. Interested individuals should submit your latest English resume including your academic grades (GPA) and achievements, awards and scholarships, public examination results (e.g., TOEIC, TOEFL), and leadership experiences, with your transcripts attached. All applications will be reviewed and we will notify you of next steps within two weeks after the application deadline.
