The Global Executive Program will last for seven to nine months. GEP includes four learning modules, which will take place, respectively, at the Peking University, Oxford University in the UK, University of Pennsylvania in the USA and National Taiwan University in Taipei. The Program incorporates diversified training models, including classroom lectures, case studies, reflections and onsite visits. Through the four modules, the participants will, step by step, grasp the global trend of business development and navigate the innovation and growth of the enterprises.
At the beginning of the Program, the participants will be guided to understand the development trend in China and to probe the multi-faceted opportunities for the transformation of Chinese enterprises in the wave of globalization. This will be followed by a module to understand the world capital market and develop strategies for financial growth, so as to ensure a solid standing in the international financial market. In the next module, the participants will learn in-depth the strategies for effective innovative management and experience the new-generation global leadership. The last module will focus on the status quo for business transformation and growth, as well as the essentials for talent management and development. The ultimate purpose is to achieve smooth business succession and sustainable development of the company.
