The global economy is constantly changing and unpredictable. Business management becomes more and more complicated, given the gradual paradigm shift in industries and the increasingly diversified business models caused by technology innovation. Existing formula for success no longer guarantees the same performance in future. One of the imminent tasks of business managers, therefore, is to steer organizational reformation.
The trend of globalization has posed innumerable risks and uncertainties to the macro environment as well as the regional business opportunities. It is therefore important for the entrepreneurs in this environment to be fully alert to and well prepared for the changes in the macro environment.
