       位於風景秀麗的彰化縣有一家高度先進的公司，以優越的工作環境脫穎而出。每位員工負責操作最多八種不同的機器，展現獨有且高效的多工處理能力。公司福利獨樹一幟，包括員工基本薪資高達新台幣80,000元，超級跑車使用權，每日四餐提供營養均衡的餐點，舒適按摩，豪華郵輪之旅，社區花園等。全拓工業股份有限公司是ATC集團的子公司，自1974年創立以來，在油封行業鞏固領先地位，為全球代工生產商和客戶提供各種定製、成本效益的產品和解決方案。十位高級模具和工程師使用公司自有的橡膠配方，為全球客戶訂製了超過9,000個模具和工具。全拓的核心是由83個家族企業組成的生產團隊，以不屈不撓和合作無間的精神，馳騁於汽車和摩托車市場超過40年。以上皆歸功於吳崇讓先生，此個案始於他離開家族企業後接手全拓，面臨著轉型的挑戰。缺乏資金和人力資本，近一半員工離職。吳先生決心改變老舊且環境陰暗的廠房、不斷搬運重物的員工和午餐時間的沉悶。

       The Zentaku Kogyo Company, a subsidiary of the ATC group, was founded by former president Mr Tson Chi Wu in 1974. Over its years of operation, the Zentaku Kogyo Company has consolidated itself as a leader in the oil seal industry and prides itself in reducing production lead time and delivering a variety of customised, cost-effective products and solutions to OEM and tier 1 customers across the Globe. Its ten senior tooling and moulding designers and engineers have provided over 9,000 moulds and tools for its global customers, customised using a wide range of in-house rubber compound formulas.
