Spend your summer working alongside industry experts to design investment solutions for our corporate, government, not-for-profit and individual clients worldwide. You'll deliver the strategies that drive our clients' futures while developing your own expertise in a dynamic team environment.

You'll work in partnership with our senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our clients' needs across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds and private equity. You’ll help build a leading global client franchise that delivers excellent investment performance and client service.

The program kicks off in Hong Kong, where you'll gain knowledge and insight into the business strategies and products you'll be implementing on one of the following teams throughout the summer.

• Distribution Channels: Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.

• Funds Management: Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research, and assist in strategic planning, helping clients meet their investment objectives.

• Institutional Sales: Oversee our institutional investor relationships, serving as the first point of contact for institutions accessing our products and services.

• Marketing: Collaborate with our professionals to construct and implement marketing tactics, create and deliver content, research and analyze products, and execute business development strategies.

We're looking for innovative team players with an appetite for developing and executing investment solutions with maximum impact.

• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus

• Pursuing a degree qualification with an expected graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021
• Available for full-time internship from June – August 2020
• Work visa will not be sponsored for the Asset Management Clients Summer Analyst Program. Applicants are expected to hold necessary work authorization for the location applications were made for.
