There are five divisions in the doctoral program: Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Operations and Decision-Making Management, and Technology and Innovation Management.
Annually NTU graduate (master degree) students with outstanding academic performance are granted the access to our Ph.D. program directly. Other than that, applicants to the Ph.D. program are evaluated according to the following criteria.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least a master’s degree awarded by local or foreign universities (or colleges) recognized by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, ROC. Applicants are required to provide an application form, a position certification for previous jobs or working period certificate, transcripts of both graduate and undergraduate school, a diploma of graduate and undergraduate school, two graduate theses or published papers, a personal information sheet, and other proofs of profession abilities that could be useful in the selection process.
