Student Activities
The EMBA Softball Tournament has been held since 2005 and has grown from 8 teams to 23 teams today, with the total number of participants exceeding 6,000. Every year, the softball tournament attracts EMBA students, alumni, family members and friends to participate in the event. The softball tournament is a unique culture of NTU EMBA, and it is also an activity that creates touching moments and precious memories for all NTU EMBA students.

The “Gobi Challenge” is an event organized by Beijing Zhixing Company for the EMBA programs of Chinese-speaking business schools. The participating teams must complete a rigorous 112-kilometer journey in four days.
Having endured the arduous four-day, 112-kilometer race for the “Path of Xuanzang - Business School Gobi Challenge”, the EMBA Gobi Challenge team has won the “Model Team Award” several times and broke the competition record by repeating the same performance, as well as winning the “Special Commemorative Award for Best Film” and the “Shackleton Award”(Finishers Award).

Yushan is the highest mountain in Taiwan, and it is also one of the challenges that the EMBA students take on. Over the past few years, many students have formed their own teams to challenge the summit. From physical training, equipment preparation and learning, whether they succeed in climbing the summit or not, the self-challenge of the process is a memorable experience for students. This event is also fondly known as one of the three sports credits of NTU EMBA.
Bicycling around the island of Taiwan has become a popular sport in recent years. Every year, hundreds of students from NTU EMBA participate in the round-island cycling event. This event is also fondly known as one of the three must-do sports credits of NTU EMBA. In addition to the full cycling itinerary, there are also half-itinerary activities to meet the needs of the students.
The Sun Moon Lake International Swimming Carnival hosted by the Nantou County Government is an event that NTU EMBA never misses, and is also fondly known as one of the three compulsory sports credit of NTU students. Every year, students form their own task teams, from swimming training, accommodation arrangement, and activity planning. Hundreds of people form swimming teams to participate in the 3.3 km swimming challenge, and enjoy the beautiful mountain and lake scenery in the cool lake water.
Promote good relations between EMBA students and faculty, strengthen team spirit, encourage interaction between classes of different years through sports, expand social participation, and effectively convey the spirit of all-round learning of NTU EMBA.
