Therefore, the “Expand Program” (E勢泮) was established as a pioneering initiative to extend the learning journey post-EMBA for graduates of NTU and EMBA programs throughout Taiwan. Through this initiative, the program seeks to enhance leaders’ intellectual breadth, strategic perspective, and ability to view issues within the broader context of emerging global trends. It aims to cultivate leaders who can integrate both macro- and micro-level thinking, enabling them to assess changing circumstances with insight and respond effectively to evolving opportunities and challenges.

Launched in the end of 2019, NTU Expand Program provides business leaders a platform for integrative and interdisciplinary learning. Guided by a curriculum framework centered on “issue-driven learning and practical application,” the program is designed to connect knowledge with real-world challenges. Through this approach, it seeks to bring together outstanding leaders from diverse fields, fostering cross-disciplinary exchange, intellectual growth, and reflective leadership.
