新盛力科技誠徵資材管理主管、物控專員、電子零件採購人員

一、資材管理主管

工作內容
1)To develop and implement procurement strategies
2)To analyze market trend of key components
3)Lead RFQ and overall quotation process
4)Conduct quotation comparison and material cost calculation
5)Manage supplier selection and participate approval process
6)Work with internal organization (Engg & RD) to identify and qualify primary and secondary supplier for all critical components
7)Good component(EE) knowledge

工作經歷: 10年以上

其他條件: 
1.Bachelor degree in electronics engineering, or business studies with technical sourcing background.
2.Minimum 10 years relevant experience in electronics industry.
3.Experience in Electronics manufacturing industry preferred. 
4.Good sourcing knowledge and network for wide range of components.
5.Strong negotiation, effective communications and interpersonal skills.
6.Excellent planning, organizing, analytical and problem solving skills.
7.Attention to details, hard working and willing to take responsibility.
8.Result-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
9.High level of integrity and work ethics.
10.Proficiency with MS Office, Word and good capability to manage mass data with Excel.
11.Fluent in English, and Mandarin.

二、物控專員

工作內容
1.Material planning and control
2.Material expediting
3.Respond material availability to production planning
4.Inventory control and analysis

工作經歷: 5年以上

語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通

其他條件: 
1. 5 years or above experience in Electronics industry
2. Experience in material planning and control
3. Familiar with ERP system
4. Independent, responsible and willing to learn and work overtime
5. Proficient in MS word & Excel

三、電子零件採購人員

1. 電子產品之零配件或物料搜尋, 比價及採購.
2. 安排訂單, 交期跟催, 請款 以及 議價作業.
3. 其他採購作業之相關事務
4. 需有3年以上相關經驗
