The effect can’t be underestimated that discovering what used to be not known but, in fact, subconsciously known by yourself. Management programs won’t be the most unforgettable learning chances, unless it helps you reflecting on and understanding those experiences you had in the past. If this objective can be achieved, you’ll be capable of handling tough issues, encountering in the further with experiences and reflection, a knowledge which won’t fade away.
