Accepted students must complete and submit the ‘Exchange Program 2014/2015 Acceptance Confirmation Form’ and NTD 2,000 administration fee to confirm acceptance. Submissions are to be made in person on January 22, 2014 (10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00) to the Office of International Affairs, Room 903, Building I, College of Management. If submissions cannot be made in person by accepted students, an ‘Authorization Statement’ to authorize a representative to submit the confirmation form is required.
Placement will be automatically cancelled if the ‘Exchange Program 2014/2015 Acceptance Confirmation Form’ is not received before 16:00 on January 22, 2014. Students who do not confirm acceptance by the deadline OR are not accepted in the first-round are eligible to apply for Second-Round Application. Announcement of the complete acceptance list will be announced by 17:00 on January 27, 2014 on the College of Management website. |
