錄取同學須下載「錄取資格確認書」，填妥後於2014年1月10日上午10:00-12:00及下午2:00-4:00親至管院一號館9樓903室繳交計畫費新台幣2,000元整及「錄取資格確認書」完成錄取資格確認，未如期確認者視同放棄交換生資格。若無法親自繳交「錄取資格確認書」，得委託他人代為繳交，但須出具「委託書」。不足額學校名單將於2014年1月14日下午5時公布。開放有缺額之學校名額予本年度甄選放棄錄取資格及未錄取同學申請。

Accepted students must complete and submit the ‘Exchange Program 2014/2015 Acceptance Confirmation Form’ and NTD 2,000 administration fee to confirm acceptance. Submissions are to be made in person on January 10, 2014 (10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00) to the Office of International Affairs, Room 903, Building I, College of Management. If submissions cannot be made in person by accepted students, an ‘Authorization Statement’ to authorize a representative to submit the confirmation form is required.

Placement will be automatically cancelled if the ‘Exchange Program 2014/2015 Acceptance Confirmation Form’ is not received before 16:00 on January 10, 2014. Students who do not confirm acceptance by the deadline OR are not accepted in the first-round are eligible to apply for Second-Round Application. Announcement of available slots for Second-Round Application will be announced before 16:00 on January 14, 2014 on the College of Management website.
