  • Data Analysis and Report Writing: Data analysis, organizational skills, attention to detail.
Eligibility & Qualifications
 
  • Open to all active GMBA students (including newly admitted).
  • Students on a leave of absence or deferring admission are NOT eligible.
How to Apply
  • Application Period:
    • Open twice a year, in early August and early January.
    • Application instructions will be emailed to all GMBA students via their NTU mailbox.
  • Result Announcement:
    • Fall Semester: Early September        I     Spring Semester: Early February
  • Employment Period:
    • Fall Semester: October to January   I    Spring Semester: March to June
Monthly Report
  • Administrative Assistants shall submit monthly reports by the 25th of each month to ensure timely payment. Failure to submit on time will result in payments delay.
Compensation & Working Hours
  • Hourly Rate: 1.5 times the statutory minimum hourly wage set by the Taiwan Ministry of Labor (MOL).
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per week (maximum of 32 hours per month)
  • Important Notes:
    • Tax and Insurance Deductions: The stated monthly payment represents the gross income and is subject to statutory deductions, including but not limited to income tax, labor insurance, and national pension, as required by Taiwan law.
    • Payment Schedule: Payments are scheduled to be processed on the 26th of each month and will be credited to your account by the middle of the following month.
