About this position
As a member of APAC leadership team for APAC, the role requires an understanding of, and active influence over, the drivers of value in the NCH business. The role is expected to lead the conversation with APAC countries, APAC leadership and Global HQ about the performance and trajectory of Operations as well as using analytic insights to lead, and own fact and date-driven transformation projects.

Own the execution of transformation projects for Operations within APAC
Leverage actionable analytic insight to persuade stakeholders and improve enterprise value
Lead the conversation with stakeholders about the performance and trajectory of Operations
Evangelize about the global vision for Operations and how that translates into actions in APAC
Be an active and advising member of the APAC leadership team

What you have experienced
Strong academic and relevant professional qualifications from a top institution, such as an MBA, or MSc in business operation, supply chain management or related fields
5 ~ 10 years of demonstrably successful experience, ideally in international in scope
Proven record of achievement in initiating and delivering improved enterprise value
Compelling background in advisory services. BPR, SCM, or operation consulting is preferable
Fluent English for daily work and cooperation is MUST
