【實習薪資】24,000-28,000TWD/month
What you will do• Prospect and pitch to business or corporate clients.
• On-board and ensure success of customers adopting the platform.
• Plan and host events on or off-campus to connect talents to great companies.
• Build strong relationships with students from different backgrounds, and key stakeholders from startups, leading tech companies, accelerator programs, etc.
• Work closely with the CakeResume business team to launch brand awareness programs and introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world.
What you will earn• Opportunities to work closely with business and marketing teams, and C-suites to turn ideas into reality.
• Opportunities to participate in CakeResume events including Talent Connect, Job Fair, and more.
• Opportunities to interact with startup founders, diverse talents from leading/innovative companies as a CakeResume representative.

Responsibilities• Serve as a key member of the Recruitment Team in helping to drive overall candidate sourcing and technical assessments, and match them to tech companies.
• Help potential startups and fast growing companies to build their team and help them meet their business goals. Qualifications• Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing
• English: conversational level
• Passion for startups and tech ecosystem – understanding how startups operate and the unique characteristics of tech ecosystem and communities.
• Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and with self-discipline given ambiguity, diverse market needs, minimal micro-managerial oversight, and geographically disperse teammates. Bonus Qualifications• Strong command of English in both verbal and writing.
• Experiences in sales is a plus: ability to work under pressure and enjoy sales-related job roles
• Proven BD mindset – balanced short-term and long-term thinking; demonstrated track record of helping customers achieve business objectives beyond just selling product/service; ability to think like true partners and going outside the scope of sales or marketing function to help customers.
• Technical depth – good general technical knowledge; sufficient expertise with industry terminology and concepts; ability to develop a deep knowledge of the entire CakeResume service stack, billing constructs, compliance considerations, and understanding of CakeResume’ operational backend systems/tools/reports.
