About the job and people you will work with

As a consultant/Sr. Consultant in our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, you will work with an experienced team to support clients from energy and infrastructure industry for their transactions, strategic business planning and operational decision-making. You will develop financial models, and provide consultation on clients’ equity or debt financing strategy throughout the dynamic process of transactions. Our team has extensive experiences in serving clients who are building, buying, owning and operating Renewable Energy as well as Energy Management Business. We are looking for talents interested in developing their financial advisory career in ESG, Sustainability, Carbon neutrality, Renewable Energy field with us.

Professional Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• BA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or related areas
• 2+ years of experience working for a Big 4, Consulting Firm, or Bank; or equivalent industry experience
• Passion for M&A transaction, Project Financing, Investment or Fund Raising of Energy and Infrastructure Industry
• Self-starter with proven abilities to problem solving, logical thinking, managing multiple tasks, and to work independently under fast pace
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements analysis; experience in financial modeling, industry research, investment strategy, or valuation is a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and proficient in PowerPoint and report writing
