Position: Sales Assistant (Full time/Part time/Intern)

The ideal candidate will assist the sales team to manage customers’ order, logistic, marketing activities and other related selling procedures. This candidate will be working closely with different departments internally and communicate frequently with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with order processing, logistic arrangement, and marketing activities
• Work and communicate with different departments in the company including production, logistic, RD, PM, marketing…etc.
• Update price list accordingly on regular basis
• Collect price benchmark information
• Communicate with customers for sales related matters
• Update sales reports
• Assist with customer product return and RMA arrangement
• Follow up customer payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years working experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good execution skill
• Focused and goal-oriented    
• Demonstrated success in working in a global organization
