The Cheers Magazine, a subsidiary of the Common Wealth Group, conducts survey on EMBAs in Taiwan every year by interviewing 3000 top corporate managers in Taiwan. The constructs of the survey include but not limited to international awareness, multi-national personal connection, potential for position in multinational corporation, and vision enhancement. Since 2010 and for seven years in a roll, NTU EMBA has been ranked the most desirable EMBA among the 3000 top corporate managers, while being ranked the top in many other aspects.

As time moves forward, NTU EMBA is also evolving. Through curriculum optimization and reengineering recently rolled out to integrated with practical industry experience and to meet the expectations from high-ranking managers, and to respond to the Cross-Strait relation improvement, the only double-degree program in Taiwan, the NTU-Fudan Program, is offered since 2010 jointly with Shanghai Fudan University. We are also offering Case Study Week, a joint effort with the School of Business of Remin University of China, Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, and Chinese University of Hong Kong. Starting from November 2016, we will offer Leadership Development Program with business schools in Central Europe. In addition to the oriental wisdom, we are offering overseas program with the Berkeley and Standford since 2015 to forge together the philosophy from the East and the West, widening scope of vision.

In addition to absorption of knowledge, we emphasize more on students’ physical and spiritual development. In addition to featured program – physical fitness and health management, we will offer programs designed to develop leadership in terms of physical, mental, and characters, and proactively encourage students to participate in EMBA student clubs’ activities. For example, we have been organizing NTU EMBA Softball Games for 13 years. We already have 40 student clubs covering intellectual, physical, and lifestyle activities. Our students will find friends of life time for sure from among more than 3,300 alumni members, where inspiration, innovation, and entrepreneurship are without limit.

Since its establishment in 1997, NTU EMBA has accumulated 20-year worth of momentum. As the leader among higher education in management, we shall stand fast on our core values of both diversification and harmony, dedicate more efforts to enhance and develop social innovation, and plant seeds of social responsibility, innovation spirit, and physical, mental, and spiritual growth to every corner for blossoming.
