Cultivate Leadership, Activate Progress, Create Sustainability

The Service for Executive Education Development (SEED) of the College of Management was established in 2012 with the goal of providing an educational platform for leadership management and organizational operation tailored to senior executives. Through this platform, SEED is dedicated to nurturing top-tier leadership talent and extending the high-level executive management education expertise that National Taiwan University's College of Management has accumulated over many years. SEED offers non-degree, non-credit course service programs to meet the specific development needs of enterprises.

In addition to the customized specific programs for the aforementioned companies, SEED also offers open enrollment programs. These programs are designed to meet the learning needs of specific senior leadership development topics, providing unique learning solutions that offer participants both high learning efficiency and access to a broad elite network. Currently, the two major open enrollment programs available are the 'Global Executive Program (GEP)' and 'NTU Expand’.

Global Executive Program (GEP)

Facing the increasingly unpredictable and volatile global political, economic, and geopolitical conflicts, the College of Management at National Taiwan University collaborated with top business schools worldwide to establish the Global Executive Program (GEP) in 2012. This program is designed to offer senior executives a development curriculum that balances learning depth, global perspective, and time efficiency. The platform includes courses from prestigious overseas universities and on-site visits to leading local companies. Through interaction, reflection, inspiration, and exploration, the program fosters innovative business concepts and international management thinking, guiding enterprises in transformational growth and value co-creation.

NTU EXPAND Program

Taiwan University's College of Management has accumulated many years of experience in executive management education. In light of the severe challenges faced by business owners and senior managers, such as generational transitions and transformational growth, it is essential not only to enhance their management capabilities and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit but also to develop the ability to have a broad perspective of the global market. They must also gain insights into the social, cultural, economic, and geopolitical contexts and trends behind observable phenomena. NTU E Academy, launched at the end of 2019, offers business leaders a platform for integrated and interdisciplinary learning. The curriculum design follows a 'topic-driven, reflective application' model, aiming to gather elites and foster cross-disciplinary wisdom.
