Adhering to the philosophy of 'cultivating outstanding management talent' and acting as a bridge between academia and industry to assist in industrial upgrading, the College of Management at National Taiwan University established the Industry-Academia Development Office (IADO) on August 1, 2017. This office integrates two existing units within the college: the Service for Executive Education Development (SEED), which provides a platform for nurturing senior business management and leadership talent, and the Career Development Office (CARDO), which supports undergraduate and graduate students in developing careers that align with their strengths, talents, and aspirations. The aim of IADO is to bridge the gap between academia and industry and maximize the synergies of industry-academia collaboration.
