Dr. Ming-Hui Huang, Professor of the Department of Information Management at College of Management, is elected as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Service Research.  This will be the first time a scholar outside of the U.S. serves as the Editor-in-Chief.
 

Journal of Service Research (JSR) is widely considered as the world's leading service research journal.  The journal has a 5-year Impact Factor of 9.21 and is ranked 11th (6th in 2017) among top 125 influential business journals from Web of Science.  JSR, a must read to keep up with the latest in service research, features articles by the world's leading service experts, from both academia and the business world and offers the necessary knowledge and tools to cope with an increasingly service-based economy.
