The Center for the Study of Banking & Finance (CSBF) of National Taiwan University is built up according to the law of the center organization of college of management. 「The Center for the Study of Banking and Finance, National Taiwan University」is abbreviated as CSBF of NTU, consisting of both faculty from various departments within National Taiwan University and faculty from other prestigious universities.  We aim at connecting all professors and experts in financial area all around Taiwan to study for the conduct management (including Financial Management, Human Engineering, Marketing Management, MIS. and Risk of Internal Control management), NPL. resolution (including Corporate Restructuring & Asset Securitization of Corporate Restructuring) and theory, policy & practice of financial governance & management of financial institute (including Financial holding company, Bank, Security, Insurance, Investment Trust, Investment Consulting). It improves our financial innovation & our financial industry competition.

We primarily study for the conduct management of financial institute, NPL. resolution (including Corporate Restructuring & Asset Securitization of Corporate Restructuring) theory, policy & practice of financial governance and celebrate relative panel discussion, conference, workshop, topic lecture about finance & banking. We also improve establishment of financial database, issue publication and relative education extension.

We have Study & Research, Education Extension and Information Publication three departments： 

• Information Publication-- response for the establishment of the database about the study of theory, policy & practice financial and publication of financial journal & book.
• Education Extension-- response for activities of financial education extension and supporting on-job training of financial employee on society.
• Study & Research-- response for the study of improving theory & policy of Financial & Banking, celebrating panel discussion&conference and editing series dissertation & academic issue.
