National Taiwan University Excelsior Scholar Fellowship
National Taiwan University established "Excelsior Scholar Fellowship" in 2023 to encourage young full-time NTU professors to advance their academic careers.
The recipients of this Fellowship must be quota-based full-time paid faculty members and research fellows at or above the rank of instructor who have served at NTU for at least three years, age 50 or below, and are receiving flexible additional pay for outstanding research outcomes. This program is aimed at boosting the research capacity of young NTU faculty members.
Up to 15 recipients are selected each year to receive a grant over three years.
