With the dress code of “Fortune and Gold”, the welcome party for the new Class 2016 members of NTU Finance Club has been held in extravagant style on Mar. 5 at the Westin Taipei. Students of Class 2015 are mobilized for the preparation of this evening event, making sure that the new Class 2016 students are well-received with prestige and warmth of the big family of the Finance Club. Designated mentor students of Class 2015 have sent invitations directly to their protégé students to attend this exclusive welcome party. At the dinner mentor students share tables with their protégé students to chat in relaxation and talk about heritage as to further cement the Club’s binding relation. Amicable ambience, gourmet dishes, tosses of wines, and karaoke singings from the faculty, guests, and fellow students, it is already a picture of a big happy family. Fueled by alcohol, the evening has progressed to the grand finale: the election of representative of Class 2016 to the Finance Club. Among the fine candidates, the representative of Class 2016 is determined by the majority of the votes, and the winner shall lead Class 2016 toward exciting growth. The bustling, perfect, and successful evening party of the Finance Club owes thanks to CEO Xie, faculty of Department of Finance and College of Management, President Zhou of Finance Student Association, and all enthusiastic fellow member students.
