Dear fellow students,

Do you miss the excitement of finishing the campus Marathon this year with teammates? Do you enjoy the teamwork spirit in that race? Now here is another chance for you to get more!

After the Marathon the NTU EMBA Students’ Association’s annual competition continues with the second NTU EMBA Student Association President Cup Swim Relay scheduled on July 26, 2014 from 08:30 to 12:00 at Qing Shan Campus Sports Center of Kang Chiao Bilingual School. The contest includes group relay and parent-child relay, and a best team costume is provided. If you are a sea shark, sea dragon, sea lion, or seal, or you are a seaweed, anemone, or SpongeBob, it doesn’t really matter. Just bring your families and have a good time with us and plunge into the swimming pool in Qing Shan Campus of Kang Chiao Bilingual School, the cleanest pool in Taiwan. We own this to Li Wang-ji, our fellow student, who offers the pool for NTU EMBA students to have a splash party in summer. We will have a happy, fair, and fun competition. See you on July 26.

Competition itinerary:

Address: Qing Shan Campus Sports Center of Kang Chiao Bilingual School (See map: No.80, Dingcheng 5th St., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City)

Competition category:

(1)  Adult: 6 persons per team (with at least one female). Class 101/102/103 are teamed based on class (Fudan class can join force). Classes before 100 can join force. Alumni members and family members are accepted. 8 teammates per team, including 2 reservists are required. No change accepted after registration.

(2)  Parent-child: 4 teammates per team. Each team is to include two pairs of students, teachers, and their children. No reservists.

Best group costume prize: Each team is to come out with its own costume with creativity and innovation focusing on the theme of teamwork and tacit understanding. Bikini will earn extra point. The winner is to be determined by present EMBA students by voting (ballot is issued at check-in; one for every person).

Rule: Each team shall produce required number of teammate and each teammate shall complete 50-meter swim. Prizes shall be awarded to the top 5 teams in adult group and 5 in parent-child group. One Best Costume shall be awarded. Contestant may enter both groups to compete.

Registration: Online registration will close at 2400, July 15, 2014.

Qualification:

(1)  Students having completed 2013 NTU EMBA registration and faculty and staff of the School of Management.

(2)  Graduated alumni members (proof required).

(3)  Direct relatives of NTU EMBA students, faculty, staff, or alumni (proof required).

Registration deadline: 2400, July 15, 2014

Team captains’ meeting: 1830, July 18, 2014 (Fri.) at 2F, Rm 201, NTU School of Management (no further notice will be given). Please arrive on time.
